The artists appearing at AlannaFest in August have been announced.
Headlining the event in August is local britpop band, The Rest.
Reggae and Ska sets will come courtesy of Ska’d 4 Life and Zamaica, while up and coming local band Just Country join the line up their toe tapping upbeat country hits.
Andy Creevy and Carlie Mai complete the line-up.
The popular AlannaFest is returning this summer, in aid of CancerCare.
The family run outdoor music festival raises money for the charity, in memory of Alanna Duffy, a young mum from Morecambe, who lost her fight with Acute Myloid Leukemia back in 2008, aged just 26.
Now, back after a break due to the pandemic, AlannaFest 2022 will take place at Heysham Cricket Club on Sunday, August 28th, and will feature live bands on an outdoor stage, a beer marquee, inflatables, local performers and much more.
Historically, the event has raised thousands of pounds for the charity every year.
