Beyond Radio is delighted to be hosting the Lancaster Christmas Lights Switch On for the fourth consecutive year!
Join Greg Lambert, Beyond Bear and the team on stage in Market Square on Sunday November 24 as the city centre is lit up to officially begin the festive season as part of the 'Love Christmas Love Lancaster' programme.
One of the biggest events of the year in Lancaster city centre will include live entertainment on stage from The Ultimate Dua Lipa, Take That tribute band Rule The World, the always entertaining local band The Howling Clowns, C&C Entertainments, the casts of the Christmas shows at The Dukes and Grand theatres, and lots of young local talent.
As always the day will begin with the traditional CancerCare Santa Dash (below).

More information to be announced soon.
Beyond Radio will also again host a live radio show from backstage at the Switch On with all the interviews and atmosphere from the event.
The Switch On will be part of the biggest ever Christmas programme of events organised by Lancaster BID (Business Improvement District) with five Sundays of live family entertainment from November 24 to December 22.
At the 2023 Switch On, peak-time crowd numbers matched the record figures in 2022 and overall footfall in Lancaster city centre on the day, was up by four per cent.
Crowds teemed into Market Square and Market Street down to Horseshoe Corner to watch a programme of live entertainment headlined by popular band Toploader.
