Crews called out to fires in Lancaster and Morecambe

Firefighters were called out to fires in Lancaster and Morecambe on Monday.

Two fire engines from Lancaster and Morecambe were called to a fire at a property in Lune Street in Lancaster at 5.18am. They extinguished the fire and were at the scene for an hour and 10 minutes.

Then at 7.18pm on Monday, a fire engine from Morecambe station was called to a skip hire on Central Drive in the town. The crew put out the fire and were on site for 40 minutes.
