A music festival due to take place in Lancaster over the Spring Bank Holiday weekend has been postponed until September.
Boundary Beats, hosted at Lancaster Cricket Club, was due to take place on Saturday, May 23, but has been rearranged for Saturday, September 19.
Tickets already purchased will remain valid for the new date.
The event is due to be headlined on the main stage by rapper Tinchy Stryder, with the line up also including a DJ stage headlined by K-Klass, and sets some of the biggest tribute acts in the country including Scam Fender, Kasabian’t and Cortinas, plus a showcase of local musical talent.
A spokesperson for Boundary Beats said: ‘’Due to ongoing planning at the venue, and the local authorities needing more time to finalise arrangements, we’ve had to move the festival to Saturday 19th September.
‘’We know this isn’t ideal, and we really appreciate your patience while everything is properly put in place.
‘’The good news is the lineup will remain very similar, and we’re using the extra time to make it even better with some big names being added. More to follow on that.
‘’As a thank you for your support, anyone who has bought a ticket and keeps their ticket will receive two free drinks per ticket on the day.
