A family-run cafe has opened its doors in Morecambe town centre.
Chalkie's opened this week at 35 Victoria Street having moved from its previous home on Heysham Road.
The cafe is run by Marie White and her daughter Stevianne, with other staff Chloe Kay and Tamsin Armitage.
The family moved to Morecambe from the Manchester area around seven years ago, first running a burger van on White Lund, and also a ladies' clothes shop on Euston Road.
Chalkie's sells breakfasts, sandwiches, pies, specials, burgers, cakes and drinks, and is open Tuesday to Sunday.
Over the years the premises at 35 Victoria Street has been home to a nail bar, the MP's election campaign office, and an American diner.
