Lancaster fire crews attended a blaze at a city centre address this afternoon (Friday, September 30).
They received a call just after 2:10pm, and two fire engines from Lancaster attended a domestic property fire on Penny Street.
Firefighters wore breathing apparatus and used one hose reel and a thermal imaging camera to extinguish the fire.
Crews were in attendance for one hour and twenty minutes.
