Hundreds of people have registered to take part in this year's Moonlight Walk for St John's Hospice and there is still time to sign up.
The biggest event in the hospice's calendar - a 16km walk in the moonlight around Lancaster and Morecambe - takes place this Saturday (June 14).
The walk starts at 10pm, with the evening's events starting at 8pm, and is open to everyone aged 11 and above.
You don’t have to have had friends or family cared for by St John’s Hospice to join the Moonlight Walk – this is a chance to celebrate anyone you have loved whilst supporting a vital local charity.
As well as friends and families, team, clubs and businesses of all shapes and sizes are welcome to take part.

The walk will start and end at St John’s Hospice on Slyne Road and walkers will visit Lancaster Castle en route.
Registration fee is £20 and includes T-shirt, medal and a glass of fizz.
Walkers are challenged to raise at least £50 for the hospice.
The Beyond Radio team including Beyond Bear will be there on the night to see the walkers off.
