Two Lancaster based businesses have been named as finalists in the new Taste Lancashire Producer Awards.
Marketing Lancashire, organisers of the only county-wide tourism and hospitality awards, has launched the awards this year in partnership with Booths.
The awards support and champion Lancashire’s finest producers and run alongside the Lancashire Tourism Awards, with this year’s winners to be announced in a joint ceremony on Wednesday 11th February 2026 at Blackpool Winter Gardens.
The finalists in each of the four categories will now go forward to the next stage of the competition; the opportunity to share their story and samples of their produce, with a panel of expert judges.
Lone Wolf Bakery is a finalist in the Bakery, Pies and Pastries category, defending the title they won in the same category in the 2025 awards.

The bakery is run by Rachael Spence, who first began baking cakes, cookies and sweet treats in her home kitchen in Morecambe, set up her own business operating from home, and opened her first shop at Meeting House Lane in Lancaster in 2023.
In the Beers, Wines and Spirits category, the Farm Yard Brew Co. in Lancaster is a finalist.
Producing a wide variety of beers, from traditional to what they describe as ‘juiced up progressive stuff’, the company continuously innovate and pushing the boundaries of what beer is, from their base on Gulf Lane.
Vikki Harris, Marketing and Partnerships Director at Marketing Lancashire said: “We’re always blown away by the quality and ingenuity of our Lancashire food and drink producers and this year’s applicants in the Taste Lancashire Producer Awards have not disappointed.
“The county is recognised nationally as a gourmet destination thanks to the density of exceptional food producers, who supply many of our award-winning restaurants and hospitality businesses; ensuring top notch dining experiences and saving many valuable food miles.
“Along with our partner Booths, we look forward to naming the winners of the Taste Lancashire Producer Awards 2026 and celebrating their success, along with Lancashire’s leading tourism and hospitality businesses. Together they help attract over 66 million visitors each year to the county and continue to build Lancashire’s enviable gastronomic reputation.”
John Gill, Booths Head of Trading and Marketing said: "We’re really impressed with the diversity, quality and integrity of the entrants this year and look forward to revealing the winners.
“We’re delighted to have worked with Marketing Lancashire in refining the categories this year to better celebrate the breadth and range of Lancashire’s top quality farmers, makers and producers.
‘’This really is an award that can put a producer on the culinary map and Booths are thrilled to share our support.”
