The Lancaster Pride Festival will take place on June 26 and there is a chance for you to be one of the performers!
Organisers will hold a competition in May for a budding singer to win a chance to perform on stage at the event in Dalton Square.
There will also be an opportunity to take part in a Lip Synching contest with again, the winner earning a place on the bill.
Robert Mee, from organisers Out in the Bay, said: "We are very proud to present Lancaster Pride again in 2022.
"This year the event will focus on 'safe to be me'.
"This event is a mix of families and older and younger generations, and will be free."
Lancaster Pride will start with a parade at 11am from Dalton Square and the main event will be on stage from noon to 5pm.
Qualifying karaoke competitions will be held at The Staggered Inn (formerly Fibber McGee's) on James Street in Lancaster on May 1, 8, 15, 22 at 8pm.
Lip Synch talent nights will be held at The Staggered Inn on May 29, June 5, June 12 and June 19.
