Beyond Radio was once again honoured to be asked to help deliver presents as part of the annual Lancaster BID Christmas Toy Appeal.
The appeal was the biggest one yet with four vehicle-fulls of presents delivered to families and children in need in the Lancaster and Morecambe Bay area.
Each year, Lancaster BID (Business Improvement District) receives thousands of donations of toys and gifts from local businesses and people, then distributes them to worthy causes.
This year's causes were East Meets West, Safenet, Unique Kidz & Co, Redrose Recovery, Ridge Community Centre, Cancercare and the Royal Lancaster Infirmary children's ward.
The Beyond Radio team of Duncan Moore, Greg Lambert, Roy Ward, Beth Pipe, Sarah Brown and of course, Beyond Bear, joined the BID team, supporters, sponsors and Father Christmas, in delivering to four of these organisations on Tuesday.

Main sponsor of the appeal was Travellers Choice.
"A huge thank you to every amazing person who has got involved, donated to or supported our toy appeal 2025," said a Lancaster BID spokesperson.
"We loaded a full four vans after some charities had already taken their share, we had more presents than ever before and it was our most successful year yet!
"All charities now have their toys and we want to wish everyone a very merry Christmas, thank you so much for making this a special year to so many children who deserve it most!"
While we were out and about on Tuesday, we spoke to:
