Crowds packed into Wray village to enjoy a spectacular family fair finale to the annual scarecrow festival.
One organiser estimated that around 13,000 people may have attended the annual Bank Holiday Monday event.
The festival ran from April 25 to May 4, and once again visitors came from far and wide to see the scarecrows on display outside homes and businesses in the village near Lancaster.
Wray Scarecrow Festival - which has been running since 1992 - had a theme this year of G.O.A.T (Greatest of All Time) so many of the scarecrows were of celebrities and famous faces.

"It's absolutely fantastic," said John Gordon from the organising committee.
"It's so lovely to see all these people and they come from far and wide to come and enjoy our wonderful fair.
"What have we got, about 13,000 people here today? It's busy, really busy. It's great to see everybody.
"The festival just brings the community together. Nearly everybody in this village has either been involved before or is involved now."

The festival raises money for local charities and grassroots groups, and the committee is currently fundraising for critical repairs to the Village Institute roof.
Visitors to Wray fair this year were treated to live entertainment from local samba drummers Samba Espirito, a battle re-enactment from the Croix du Nord vikings, a dog agility display, an egg throwing competition, and a tug o' war between the Vale o' Lune Young Farmers and firefighters from Hornby Fire Station, won by the farmers 2-1!
There were also lots of stalls, charities and local businesses represented, food, fairground rides, games, a children's variety show and more.
This year's Wray Scarecrow Festival also included a 10km road race, a giant scarecrow parade and the traditional climax - the annual Great Ball Race.
