A schoolboy from Morecambe has completed a 100 mile cycle ride in memory of his grandad who died after a tragic bike accident.
Oliver Shelling rode 10 miles a day for 10 days to raise money for the Headway brain injury association.
He completed the challenge for the charity in memory of his grandfather Mervyn Watson, who died when Oliver was a baby.
Oliver, 11, who goes to Ripley St Thomas School in Lancaster, aimed to raise £200 but has smashed his target by so far raising £840.
"The support has been amazing, every day one of his friends or family have done his bike ride with him," said Joanna Shelling, Oliver's mum.
Here is Oliver during his cycle ride.

Oliver's JustGiving page says: "Six months after I was born, my grandad fell off his bike and banged his head.
"He died before he got to hospital (despite wearing a helmet).
"I want to raise money to help people that do survive these type of accidents in his memory."

"This is my reason for choosing to support the Headway charity, which helps anyone with a head injury," says the page.
"This type of injury can be as a result of a stroke, a fall, a road traffic accident, an assault or even a brain tumour.
"We have a local Headway in Lancaster."

Oliver's cycle ride was part of his work towards the Archbishop of York award. All Year 7 pupils at Ripley take part in activities throughout their first year in secondary school towards the award, taking on social action projects in their local communities.
Headway is the UK-wide charity that works to improve life after brain injury by providing vital support and information services.
