A legal order banning a man from entering parts of Morecambe has now been extended to Lancaster city centre.
Andrew Phimister, 56, of no fixed abode, has been responsible for repeated anti social behaviour and criminal damage offences in the city and town.
Phimister was already subject to a Community Behaviour Order (CBO) in Morecambe which has now been amended.
The new conditions are for him not to enter Lancaster city centre as bordered by the red line on the map below, except between 10am to noon on a permitted route marked in green on the map.

He must also not attend his solicitor's office without a pre-arranged appointment.
"These orders are not given out or amended lightly," said PC Katie Foster of Lancaster Police.
"This is as a result of repeated anti social behaviour and criminal damage offences in Lancaster city centre, which is something we won't tolerate."
In July 2024, Phimister was prohibited from entering Morecambe town centre as bounded by Regent Road, Westgate and Broadway, for two years.
