Bus services from the Lancaster Park and Ride to the city centre and Royal Lancaster Infirmary will reduce from July.
Lancashire County Council said that an additional NHS-funded bus to and from the Park and Ride at M6 Junction 34 at Caton Road, Lancaster is due to come to an end.
The changes will come into effect from Monday July 6, and will mean buses will still run to the RLI, but every 30 minutes on Monday to Saturday instead of every quarter of an hour.
The Park and Ride bus service, known as Service L1, is operated by Lonsdale Buses on behalf of the county council and runs from the Park and Ride to Lancaster city centre and the hospital.
At present, the NHS funds a second bus to support staff travelling to and from the Royal Lancaster Infirmary. This funding agreement is coming to an end, said the county council.

Fares for the service will also change from July, with the flat day return revised to £2.50, with the usual group and weekly discounts and concessions available.
The council said the route, as well as the times of the first and last buses, will remain unchanged.
Parking at the Caton Road Park and Ride site will remain free, with around 650 spaces available.
“The Lancaster Park and Ride service will continue to operate throughout the day and follow the same route, providing an important connection between Caton Road, the city centre and the Royal Lancaster Infirmary," said County Councillor Warren Goldsworthy, cabinet member for Highways and Transport.
“The changes reflect the end of NHS funding for the additional vehicle that allowed the service to run more frequently.
"These changes are needed to ensure the service remains viable for the many people who rely on it, while continuing to offer good value.”
