The incidents are believed to have happened on December 6 and occurred at Gillows student accommodation, North Road, the Sugar House nightclub and Caton Court student flats, where the offender spray painted offensive logos on walls on the outside of the properties.
Enquiries are ongoing to identify the offender, and police are appealing for anyone with information to come forward.
As part of those enquiries, they want to speak to the man in the images and ask that if anyone knows who he is to please get in touch.
PC Joe Danson, of Lancaster Police, said: "We received a number of reports of racially or religiously aggravated criminal damage after antisemitic graffiti was found on properties in the city.
"Officers are investigating and it is being treated as a hate crime."
