An ambulance with a patient inside has been involved in a collision in Lancaster city centre.
The minor collision happened in the area near Lancaster Town Hall on Tuesday morning.
“At approximately 7.40 this morning, an ambulance crew conveying a patient from Kendal to Lancaster Infirmary was involved in a minor collision with another motorist as they were travelling through a junction on Dalton Square in Lancaster," said a spokesperson for North West Ambulance Service.
“Another ambulance crew attended to convey the patient to the hospital, although no additional injuries were suffered as a result of the collision.”
