A couple have opened their new clothing and accessories store on the site of a celebrated Lancaster glassworks.
Stefan Johnson and Hayley Cox's new business is called Humble Abode, selling products reflecting the vibrant culture and diverse styles of Lancaster.
Humble Abode and other nearby shops are located on the site of the former Abbott & Co Glassworks on Chapel Street near the bus station.
William Abbott's studio and shop specialised in decorative stained glass from 1860-1996, and is part of the Mill Race Heritage Area of the city.
Stefan is from Lancaster and Hayley is originally from Lichfield in Staffordshire and moved to the city to attend Lancaster University.
Hayley also works for Lancaster City Council, and the couple met when they both worked there.
Humble Abode sells clothing supporting small independent brands, including skater and indie wear, as well as accessories and artwork prints.
Hayley said: "Our mission is to provide high quality, yet affordable, fashion pieces and accessories that you won't find anywhere else on the high street."
Here is Stefan inside the shop on Chapel Street, and below, a plaque celebrating its past as a glassworks.
