Crews tackle pan fire in Lancaster

The incident was on Friday afternoon

Firefighters were called to a pan fire at a property in Lancaster.

Two fire engines from Morecambe and Silverdale went to an address on Bond Street at 1.50pm on Friday May 29.

"The fire involved a pan within a domestic property," said a Lancashire Fire and Rescue Service spokesperson.

"Firefighters used two breathing apparatus and one hose reel jet. Crews were in attendance for 30 minutes."
