Crews tackled a trailer fire on the M6 near Morecambe, a fire in a caravan at Mellishaw Park and a car fire in an industrial building in Carnforth over the weekend.
Three fire engines from Lancaster, Morecambe and Bolton-le-Sands were called to the M6 southbound at Junction 34 at 3.01pm on Sunday, to a fire involving the axle of a trailer.
A spokesperson for Lancashire Fire and Rescue Service said: "Firefighters used one hose reel to extinguish the fire.
"Crews were in attendance for two hours."
The motorway was closed between Junction 33 (Lancaster South) and Junction 34 (Halton Interchange) following the incident and there were traffic delays on Sunday afternoon.
Also over the weekend, local fire crews were called to Salt Ayre Lane in Lancaster.
Two fire engines from Lancaster and Morecambe attended on Saturday at 7.45pm and extinguished a fire involving a storage shed and bin.
Fire crews from Lancaster, Carnforth, and Bolton-le-Sands also attended a fire at a commercial property on Warton Road, Carnforth on Saturday.
They were called at 4.43pm.
A Lancashire Fire and Rescue spokesperson said: "The fire involved a car inside an industrial single-storey building containing 16 cars, a mixture of petrol, diesel, and hybrid vehicles.
"Fire crews used six breathing apparatus, one jet, one hose reel, two lighting pods, and two positive pressure ventilation units. Fire crews were in attendance for three hours."
Also on Saturday, three fire engines from Morecambe and Lancaster attended a fire on Mellishaw Park, Heaton with Oxcliffe.
The fire involved one touring caravan that was well alight.
A spokesperson said: "Fire crews used two hose reel jets and three breathing apparatus to extinguish the fire. Fire crews were detained for approximately one and a half hours."
The call out was at 4.37pm.
