A man will appear in court charged with driving while above the alcohol limit following a road traffic collision in Heysham.
Patrick Cash, 47, of Hale Carr Lane, Morecambe, has also been charged with driving while disqualified, failing to stop and using a motor vehicle without insurance.
He has been bailed to appear at Lancaster Magistrates Court on August 14, said police.
Police were called to a collision involving two cars on Balmoral Avenue, Heysham, at 11.40pm on Sunday.
