Police are appealing for information after an assault in Lancaster over the weekend which left a man with a fractured hand and eye socket.
Investigating officers are asking for witnesses, CCTV and dashcam footage to help with their enquiries, following the incident on Saturday night.
A man in his 20s was walking alone along Caton Road when it’s believed he was approached by a group of males before being assaulted.
Police would like to hear from anyone who was in the area at the time who may have seen what happened, and would also like to encourage people to check their CCTV and dashcam footage for anything which may help our enquiries.
If you can help, call 101, quoting log 1636 of 8th October.
