Morecambe FC’s club shop and online store have now closed down following the ending of an agreement with the club’s kit supplier.
Both the online store and retail premises at the Mazuma Mobile Stadium are currently closed while they move to a new technical kit partner ahead of next season.
Both were operated by kit manufacturer Terrace, who initially became the club’s official Retail Operations Partner in 2022, designing the playing shirts of the 2023/24 season, before supplying the kits and merchandise at the start of the 2024/25 season.
In May 2025, it was announced that Terrace had signed a three year extension as supplier and retail partner, but in January the club announced that deal had ‘mutually’ been concluded early, but no further details were given.
As of this week, the club shop is closed and the virtual store has been taken offline.
The Shrimps have now hinted at details of a deal with a new supplier, which they say is the ‘highest value kit deal in their history.’
A spokesperson for the club said: ‘’ We would like to thank Terrace for their support and commitment over the years. They have played an important role in supplying kits and managing retail operations during one of the most successful periods in the club’s history, and we wish them well for the future.
‘’The club can also confirm that a new technical kit partnership has been agreed for next season.
‘’This represents the highest-value kit supply deal in Morecambe FC’s history, with full details of the new partner to be announced in due course.
‘’’As part of these changes, retail operations will be brought in-house.
‘This will allow the club to make the most of commercial opportunities, strengthen the brand, and improve how we connect with supporters both in the UK and overseas.
‘’Further updates will be shared in due course.’’
For any ticket enquiries or purchases, supporters are asked to visit our online ticket site at www.morecambefc.com/tickets or visit the Club’s main reception at the Mazuma Mobile Stadium, where staff will be happy to help.
Terrace Oxfordshire-based Terrace started in the corner of a living room, and within two or three years was in warehouses with 10 staff.

The firm is now a thriving football merchandise and gifts business, selling kit from clubs across the football pyramid as well as running several club shops.
Last summer, amid all the uncertainty surrounding the ownership of the club, hundreds of fands queued for hours to get their hands on this season’s kit, snapping up four months' worth of stock in a normal season at a pop-up shop at the former Beach Café on Morecambe promenade.

Carl Sewell, Director of Terrace Teamwear, said: ‘’Our journey with Morecambe FC has delivered an experience we will never forget. As a brand, we gained a family and stood shoulder to shoulder covering miles with the shrimps. We've been filled with joy and pride, alongside some sleepless nights in between, and we wouldn't change a single thing.
‘’The path taken is one we will forever be thankful for our first professional technical partnership, which we championed as a platform to show what is possible for football clubs up and down the pyramid. fair pricing, creative connection, and conducting business with fans put first.
‘’Thank you to the club for trusting in our vision back in 2023 and believing in our ability. Without your belief, we would have never climbed the ladder and achieved numerous other accolades nationally to date.
‘’Finally, the fans. a fanbase like no other. you have faced the abyss and stared it right in the face without fear. You accepted terrace as one of your own. we listened to you and you rewarded us. you stood by our side even during club turmoil in summer 2025.’’
‘’From us to you, quite simply, yet never enough, thank you.’’
