A motorcyclist has died after a road crash near Kirkby Lonsdale.
The man, 51, suffered serious injuries and was airlifted to hospital where he died on Tuesday.
The collision on Monday afternoon at Burrow also involved a Land Rover Freelander.
Emergency services were called at 1.20pm to the A683 Burrow Road.
Lancashire Police are appealing for witnesses and footage.
Sgt Joe Ghigi, of Lancashire Police, said: “First and foremost, my thoughts are with the man’s family and loved ones at this extremely sad and distressing time.
“As we investigate what happened, we want to appeal for witnesses or to anyone who was driving in the area and has dashcam footage from around the time of the collision.
“This is a rural area but there will have been vehicles using the road.”
