'Opening Soon' signs are up outside a Lancaster dessert cafe which closed after a fire more than a year ago.
The signs outside Kaspa's Desserts at 112 Penny Street in the city centre also say that the cafe is recruiting for staff.
The fire broke out on Saturday June 17 2023 (see picture below) and the cafe has been closed since then.

Kaspa's was founded in 2012 and has dessert parlours all over the UK serving gelato, crepes, sundaes, waffles and other desserts.
We have contacted Kaspa's for comment.
A spokesperson said: "Unfortunately, we do not have further details on the reopening available to share at this moment in time."
