A woman in her 80s on a mobility scooter has been injured in a hit and run in Morecambe.
Police have launched an appeal for witnesses and information after the incident at the junction of West End Road and Marine Road West at 4:30pm on Tuesday June 24.
The woman was driving a mobility scooter on the junction of West End Road and Marine Road West, Morecambe, when she was knocked off it by a car.
The woman was taken to hospital with a broken arm and has since been discharged.
The driver failed to stop.
Enquiries are ongoing to identify the driver.
