Teachers and pupils from a Lancaster dance school enjoyed a fantastic day out filming for Britain's Got Talent.
The team from the Laura Sandham School of Dance was invited to Manchester to shoot scenes for the hit television talent show's new series, currently airing on ITV1.
Laura Sandham, owner of the school, appeared on the first episode of the series, and hopes some of her young dancers will be featured in future weeks.
"The production team for the show found my website and they wanted the girls to go down and be part of the background during filming," said Laura.
"We've never wanted to audition for the show, it's not been on our bucket list.
"But the pupils were absolutely over the moon to be invited, so we went down in October and it was brilliant. The girls had a blast, doing lots of little things.
"The production team liked my look, and asked me if I'd be filmed. At first I said no, it's not about me, it's about the girls.
"They filmed me dancing on a podium and doing some role play with a young skate boarder, which was the clip shown on TV."
Laura's dance school is based at the Storey Centre in Lancaster.
Pupils regularly perform routines at the Lancaster Christmas Lights Switchon, and in January held their own show 'Shine Bright' at the Lancaster Grand.

In 2022 the school was featured on BBC1's 'Strictly Come Dancing' after contestants Helen Skelton and Gorka Marquez rehearsed there.
Dancers from the school will be appearing at Greenlands Farm Village near Carnforth this summer, and at various local festivals and events, including those organised by Lancaster BID.
Stay tuned to Britain's Got Talent, airing on ITV1 on Saturdays and Sundays, to see if you spot anyone from the Laura Sandham School of Dance in future weeks!
