A team who devote their lives to helping animals are set to move one of their vital charity shops to a new home in Morecambe.
Wolfwood Wildlife and Dog Rescue are set to relocate to the former Afters Dessert Bar on Euston Road in the town centre.
Work is ongoing at the new premises ahead of a planned opening later this year.
Wolfwood has been providing devoted care to wildlife casualties and dogs in need of a new home, since 2007.
Beyond Radio visited the charity to speak to Stephen Wakelin, founder, and Tony Crawford, retail manager.

"Wolfwood was set up to deal with unwanted dogs in the local area, and there was nowhere for wildlife for at least a 60 mile radius, and there was a need for equine and farm creatures to go into rescue as well, that wasn't being accommodated at that time," said Stephen.
"We are really marching on with being able to purchase one of the charity shops and that provides security for the future for the charity."
Stephen explained why they have decided to move from the existing shop, just around the corner on Market Street.
"The shops provide all the money for our vet bills, staff wages, running the vans. It's hefty costs.
"So when this shop came up, we thought we had to take the leap. I think we're a bit more visible from the Prom in the new premises."

Tony, who has been co-ordinating the refit of the new shop, said the support of local people has been "huge".
"With the help of volunteers and the kindness of strangers, it spurs you on," he said.
"It's going really well, fingers crossed everything is going to plan.
"Help has come from everywhere, it's so beautiful to see. Thank you, from the bottom of our hearts.
"We've got to be out of the current shop by October 1 and I'm pushing hard to get it done as soon as I can."
Wolfwood also has a small rescue centre near Lancaster University.
Orphaned, injured and displaced wildlife arrive from a wide geographical area. They are given sanctuary, care and nurtured back to health with the aim that they will be safely released back into their natural habitat.
"It is a passion, I thrive by watching wildlife," said Stephen.
"We generally have 25-40 dogs looking for homes, several horses and ponies in our care. Wildlife fluctuates through the year.
"We're just finishing the initial breeding season so for the last six-eight weeks its been chaotic, with babies everywhere.
"In winter months it's more the hedgehogs that come and stay with us.

"There was also a seal pup on the sand in Morecambe. Myself, my wife Amy and my daughter managed to get it back to the water, back to its family."
Many of the dogs looking for new homes can be seen on Wolfwood's website, where you can also find out more about the charity, HERE.
Donations for the charity shops can be dropped off at the shops on Market Street in Morecambe, or Bowerham Road in Lancaster.
