A high street coffee shop chain is set to open in Lancaster in the city centre's former Burger King.
Work is under way on the new Black Sheep Coffee on Cheapside.
The coffee house chain was founded in 2013 in London and has outlets all over the UK.
It sells a range of barista‑prepared coffees, teas and iced drinks alongside smoothies, pastries, bagels, toasties, sandwiches and Norwegian waffles.
Signs outside the premises say 'Black Sheep Coffee - Coming Soon'.

Burger King closed earlier this month after three and a half years.
Previously the premises was home to Esquires coffee shop.
We have contacted Black Sheep Coffee for comment.
